2 CORINTHIANS 9:13 (NIV) - “Because of this service by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the Gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and everyone else.”

God commands us to love our neighbors as we love Him. He taught us to live with fruits of the Spirit and gave us gifts with which to help others.

When I have any chances to help others, I try not to miss those opportunities. I do what I can do. I have learned that after even doing a small thing for someone, I receive peace and joy-mentally and emotionally. As a Christian, that’s our responsibility to serve others and also set a good example for our children to follow.

In my situation, I sometimes have a hard time helping others, but by faith nothing is impossible. If we have a desire to do good work, God opens the way and facilitates for us. He blesses us, provides everything we need, and takes care of us always. We do not need to worry about our needs.

God is honored when we honor Him with our love and service to others.
