PSALM 91:1-2 (NIV) - “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust.”


Shelter-Something which affords protection

* Safety
* Security
* Cover

Shadow-A dark figure or image cast on the ground or some surface by a body intercepting light

* Darkness: is the result of Light
* Image
* Protection

Refuge- Shelter or protection from danger

* A haven
* Protection
* A hiding place

Fortress-A large fortified place

* A stronghold
* A shield
* A tower of strength
* A protective covering

Trust-Reliance on the integrity, justice of an entity

* A confidence
* A belief
* A hope
