| Notes: | ROMANS 12:10-13 (NIV) - “Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, and faithful in prayer. Share with God’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”
Being as one with God’s Holy Spirit creates the desire to be devoted to one another. We want to be present to worship, fellowship, and serve with each other. We need to stay connected to the power of God’s Holy Spirit through prayer to maintain our spiritual fervor in serving the Lord.
When we are joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer, God gives to us a clearer understanding of the importance of our gifts to support the ministries of his church which includes sharing with God’s people who are in need.
